This 18 year old, 16.3 hh, possibly Warmblood mare came in from New Holland in very poor condition with an injury to her head. This horse was depressed and lethargic. We have ridden her lightly a few times but mostly she has been eating and resting at CHC. This mare has nice manners even though her people failed her. As Waverly continues to recover, we will start riding her more. Her jumping days are likely behind her though. This is a classy mare with good manners that would be a nice flat work horse for someone wanting to do easier riding. More to come on Waverly!
