GOING HOME! Introducing Levi, a black x bred gelding 18-19 years old, 15.2 hh. His amish owner reached out to CHC to see if we could transition him into a riding home instead of taking him to auction. This is maybe the third time that this has happened and we always try to say yes. Levi had been with Mr Yoder for over 13 years and had been a faithful buggy horse. I am always happy to see someone do what is best for their horse. He is agreeable to a rider and demonstrates the characteristic calm of a previous amish horse that has been desensitized to many things in life. Here's to You Mr Yoder and doing right by your older horse.
